10.4 Gambling Losses. earn ph accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players. Gambling involves risk, and players participate at their own discretion and financial risk.
earn ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion with or without notice where earn ph reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) continued account operation poses a risk to earn ph, other players, or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
Upon termination for cause, earn ph may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. In cases of termination not attributable to player misconduct (e.g., earn ph ceasing operations), earn ph will process withdrawal of available balances subject to standard verification procedures.
You may close your earn ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to standard game rules. Remaining balance after settlement of pending bets will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the regulations promulgated by PAGCOR.
